Day 01 Cairo Friday
  • Upon arrival to Cairo airport you will find our representative waiting for you to help you through the formalities, help you to get the entry visa and drive to your hotel and help you to get your room. Overnight at Steigenberger Pyramids.
Day 02 Giza Pyramids Saturday
  • After breakfast we will visit the most famous monument in Egypt, Giza pyramids,
  • we will explore around the Great pyramid and then drive to the 02nd pyramid where we will visit the Mortuary temple and Valley temple, from inside the Valley temple we will inter a short cut to the Sphinx.
  • After Lunch we will have the chance to visit one of the essential oils centres in the area. Overnight at Steigenberger Pyramids (B.L)
Day 03 Sakkara – Dahshur Sunday
  • After Breakfast we will drive to Dahshur to visit the Bent & Red pyramids and entre the Red pyramid, Lunch at Sakkara palm club, and then we drive to Saqqara, home of the Step Pyramid attributed to King Djoser.
  • We will visit the mystical Serapeum, it is a huge subterranean complex, we will also visit one of the tombs of Sakkara. Overnight Steigenberger Pyramids (B, L)
Day 04 Nile Cruise Monday
  • Fly to Luxor, after arrival we drive to the West bank of Luxor where we will spend a great day visiting different sites like Valley of Kings vally-of-kings1- Valley of the Gates of Kings or as we call it Valley of Kings, During Egypt’s New Kingdom (1539-1075 B.C.), the valley of Kings became a royal burial ground for pharaohs such as Tutankhamun, Seti I, and Ramses II, as well as queens, high priests, and other elites of the 18th, 19th, and 20th dynasties. 2- The unique temple of Queen Hatshepsut and visit the side temple of Hathor.3- The Colossi of Memnon which used to be flanking the first gate of Amonhotep III temple, and then we’ll drive back to the Nile Cruise, we will have lunch and relax then we will have time for shopping before our evening visit to the Luxor Temple. Overnight at the Nile Cruise (B.L.D)
Day 05 Nile Cruise Tuesday
  • Visit to Karnak Temple, where we will spend the entire morning after an early breakfast. We will visit the powerful Chapel of Sekhmet, drive back to the boat & sailing. Overnight at the Nile Cruise (B.L.D)
Day 06 Nile Cruise Wednesday
  • Early visit to Edfu temple, the temple of the great Falcon Horus, we will go by horse buggies. After Edfu visit we will return to the boat for breakfast and continue sailing to Kom-Ombo city.
  • We will stop at Kom Ombo, where we’ll visit the twin temples dedicated to the crocodile Neter, Sobek and Horus, the Elder. Sailing to Aswan. Overnight at the Nile Cruise (B.L.D)3- The Colossi of Memnon which used to be flanking the first gate of Amonhotep III temple, and then we’ll drive back to the Nile Cruise,Overnight at the Nile Cruise (B.L.D)
Day 07 Nile Cruise Thursday
  • We will take a motorboat to the enchanting Island of Philae, we will explore the famous Aswan quarry that is home to the 1,200-ton Unfinished Obelisk, after lunch we sail with a motorboat to visit Elephantine Island, and then we will sail to the Nubian Village. Overnight at the Nile Cruise (B.L.D)
Day 08 Cairo Friday
  • Fly to Cairo, and free day. Drive to Conrad Cairo for check-in & overnight (B.L)
Day 09 Museum Saturday
  • After breakfast we visit the Egyptian Museum, Coptic Cairo and the famous Khan El Khalili Bazzaras.
  • Drive back to the hotel and end of services. Overnight at Conrad Cairo (B.L)
Day 10 Cairo Sunday
  • Departure (B)

Reservation and Payment

  • A non-refundable Deposit of $2000.00 per Person will be required at the time of booking. To ensure your Reservation, final payment will be due 60 days prior to Tour start
  • Bookings made within 60- and 31-days preceding Tour start will require full and final payment immediately upon booking. Bookings made within 30 days of Tour start, will require a permission from Saba Tours before paying the full and final payment. It is the responsibility of the traveler (or agent) to determine that final payment reaches us on time. No booking will be considered until final deposit is received by the Tour Operator.
  • Payments are to be made via Bank Transfer. Any fees charged, will be the responsibility of the sender.
  • Please inquire about this before you make your bank transaction.

Cancellation and Refunds

  • The moment you pay the deposit, it will be non- refundable.
  • Due to high preparation costs, Cancellations must be received in writing before 90 days of travel date.
  • Cancellations received more than 90 days prior to departure will have a penalty of $2000 per Person (the non-refundable deposit).
  • Cancellations received between 90 days & 60 days prior to departure will have a penalty of 50% of the tour price.
  • Cancellations received between 60 days & 30 days prior to departure will have a penalty of 75% of the tour price.
  • Cancellations received 30 days or less before departure will receive NO refund. No refund will be made for transfers, city tours and any other services voluntarily not taken (including meals, accommodations and transportation).

Changes

  • This Itinerary is subject to changes to adapt to possible alterations in domestic flight times or other unforeseen circumstances. The content will remain the same, barring any unanticipated complications, and will include many delightful “extras” and surprises.

Insurance

  • We recommend that all participants obtain Travel Insurance. Travel Insured International offers insurance for trip cost, trip cancellation & interruption, and pays for loss due to unforeseen circumstance, death, injury, or illness to you or a member of your family. It also includes coverage for missed connections due to weather, pays for lost deposits due to the financial default of the airline, the tour operator, or cruise line. It pays for baggage delays, travel delays, medical expenses and emergency assistance.

However, Guide of Egypt & its agents Saba Tours will not be held liable for delays, theft, damage, injury, or any other irregularities that may occur during the journey. We will not be held liable for any changes or delays in airline schedules or missed connections; injury, loss, or damage to persons or property; additional expenses resulting from changes in exchange rates, tariffs, or itinerary; any transportation issues or problems with vehicles utilized on the tour; additional expenses incurred due to illness, weather conditions, protests, war, terrorism, quarantine, or other causes; and losses due to cancellations not subject to our Terms and Conditions.
